This month was such a month of growth and development! Avrum can crawl, kneel, pull himself up to stand while holding on to something, go up the stairs, got two teeth, started feeding himself, he list goes on... such a sweet heart.

SMILEY VISIT

All the Mamas and Avees first noodles

AVEE IS A BIG BOY IN HIS STROLLER

HE CRAWLED UP THE STAIRS!

He is just about seven months old and is all over the house. On Andreas's Birthday (Sept. 11), Avee with a little help crawled up the first four steps at Yaya's house. Then on Friday he started up the stairs at our house without any help (although I was right behind him). Today Avee and Alex crawled all the way up the first flight of stairs at our house all 12 of them!

NEW FOODS

Avrum loves to feed himself. He loves bananas, mangos, avocado, noodles and watermelon.

HE CRAWLED!

Avrum and I were playing in his room with the bottom drawer of his changing table, practicing opening and closing, when Dada came to the doorway. Avee was so excited to see him! He did two whole crawls! Then he made it to Alex so he stopped. We tried to get him to do it again but he was tired. His first real crawl! Mama cried with happiness (and a little sad that he is getting so big and independent) and Dada beamed!

Avee also discovered the Doggie Door. He loves to sit there and stick his hand in and out, then he laughs. It is funny.

He can almost get himself into a complete upright sitting position without help. However, he mastered getting out of the sitting position without having to lay down first. Now he can pull himself forward and do one crawl directly out of sitting. Very exciting!

AVEE - THE NEW VELCRO

Little BoopyDoo is cutting his first two teeth as we speak. I can feel the little sharp edges poking out. It is his front center bottom teeth. I am really going to miss his little gummy smile. Mama is just not ready for him to be big enough for teeth. He is like velcro with me since he got sick and now that his teeth are coming in he cannot get enough of Mama time.


Avee also had his biggest meal ever tonight for dinner. An ounce of peaches, an ounce of summer squash, an ounce of broccoli and then was still hungry enough for nursing on both sides.


I believe he's said his first word! Once to Grandma Marie he said Hello - no other sounds just hello. Then Dada came home from work and when he saw him he said, "Hi!" The next day when he saw Andrew he said "Hi" again. It could just be a coincidence, we will see if he does it again.
